Wan Ruiweil® centrifugal glass wool felt for steel structures is an elastic felt-like material made by centrifugal technology, using molten glass fiberized and thermosetting resin-based glass fiber. Different moisture-proof and fire-proof series facings can be selected for online composite according to usage requirements. It has a large number of tiny air gaps, and performs excellently in heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, condensation control, and safety protection, making it an ideal material for steel structure building insulation.
Wan Ruiweil® formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly glass wool felt has long and evenly distributed glass fibers, strong resilience, low thermal conductivity, and excellent insulation performance.
According to the test results, for every 1HT (approximately 1/4 micron) decrease in the diameter of glass fibers in commonly used glass wool products for steel structure buildings, the thermal conductivity value can be reduced by 2.3%. The diameter of glass fibers in Wan Ruiweil® formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly glass wool felt is usually 5-6 microns, making it a high-quality insulation material.Physical Properties
