Wan Rui Weil® fire-retardant and smoke exhaust glass wool board is made from uniformly fine and long glass fibers and an environmentally friendly binder through a special process. According to the required R-thermal resistance value, different types of high-hardness plates are made with different densities, up to 96kg/m3, suitable for external insulation and heat insulation of rectangular metal duct systems.
Wan Rui Weil® can provide various waterproof and vapor-proof facing materials required for glass wool boards, and composite them on glass wool boards at the factory to meet the requirements of heat insulation and moisture-proof in various environmental situations.

Wan Rui Weil® bio-based environmentally friendly glass wool uses a new generation of corn syrup bio-based resin glass wool adhesive technology to mix according to a certain ratio. It is softer and has better thermal conductivity than other types of glass wool on the market. The fiber diameter is only 5-6.5μm, so it feels softer, and installation will not cause irritation or itching. It is odorless, and because the material uses food-grade corn syrup bio-based resin, the product has no formaldehyde release and no VOC emissions, making it healthy and environmentally friendly. The product color does not add any pigments, it is a natural syrup brown color, with a faint caramel fragrance, and its performance in insulation and sound absorption is even more excellent.
